Add yeast to warm water then sprinkle in sugar. Let sit and activate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together flour, salt, and olive oil. Once yeast mixture has bubbled, pour into flour and mix. It will come together quickly so then you can begin to knead. Knead Dough for about 7-10 minute until it is smooth and elastic. Place back in bowl, cover, and let sit for about an hour until it has risen. Then it's ready to be rolled out for pizza! For ideal crust bake at 550 for 6-10 minutes until ideal crispy crust is achieved.
