Poha Potato Fritters

Ingredients

  • •1/2 cup soaked red rice poha (soak it till soft)
  • •1/2 cup roasted cashewnut powder
  • •1 big steamed and grated potato
  • •Handful of coriander
  • •1 tsp rock salt as per taste
  • •1 tsp cumin coriander powder
  • •1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • •1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • •1 and half tsp chilly powder
  • •1 tsp date paste/ dry date powder
  • • 1/2 tsp lemon juice / dry mango powder

Directions

  1. 1) Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine together until evenly mixed.
  2. 2) Preheat the Airfryer or oven at 200 degree celsius.
  3. 3) Round the mixture up into small balls.
  4. 4) Bake or Air fry them for 15-20mins.
