Marinate: In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the pork chop cubes and coat them well. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Cook: Place the pork cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
