  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ cup roasted, ground cashews or hazelnuts

Saute:

  1. 4 cloves garlic minced
  2. 2 shallots or onions minced
  3. 3 dried peppers chopped and ground

  5. 1 cucumber
  6. <1 tablespoon fish sauce
  7. <1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  8. 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  9. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  10. ½ cup roasted, ground cashews or hazelnuts
  11. Serve with rice and lettuce
