Saute:
4 cloves garlic minced
2 shallots or onions minced
3 dried peppers chopped and ground
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Add:
2 pounds minced pork sausage
(Brown it) mince and it browns. You want the meat as small as possible.
Add:
Zest of one lime, plus juice
3 green onions diced
¼ cup cilantro
¼ cup mint
1 cucumber
<1 tablespoon fish sauce
<1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ cup roasted, ground cashews or hazelnuts
Serve with rice and lettuce
