Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 1.5kg potatoes, sliced
- 300mL thick cream
- 1 pkt French Onion Soup
- 1 1/2c grated cheese
Directions
- Spray a long dish with cooking spray
- Layer and overlap the sliced potatoes
- Mix the cream and soup and pour over the potatoes
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are almost cooked
- Remove foil and add grated cheese
- Cook until cheese is golden (about 10min)
- Rest the bake for 10-15 min before serving
