Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 1.5kg potatoes, sliced
  • 300mL thick cream
  • 1 pkt French Onion Soup
  • 1 1/2c grated cheese

Directions

  1. Spray a long dish with cooking spray
  2. Layer and overlap the sliced potatoes
  3. Mix the cream and soup and pour over the potatoes
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are almost cooked
  5. Remove foil and add grated cheese
  6. Cook until cheese is golden (about 10min)
  7. Rest the bake for 10-15 min before serving
