Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 16oz sour cream
- A can of cream of chicken
- 1tsp of salt and a little pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced yellow onion
- 3/4 butter
- 1/2 stick of butter for top
- Box of Corn flakes
- Bag of frozen diced potatoes.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray 9x13 pan
Let potatoes sit to thaw for room temp.
Mix together sour cream, butter, salt, cream of chicken, cheddar cheese and onion.
Pour in the diced potatoes and mix.
Put mix in the pan, top with corn flakes , melt butter to put on top and bake for 45 mins. Uncovered
