  • 5 bag hard boiled eggs (60)
  • 1/2 gall dill relish
  • 1 bottle yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 gal mayo
  • 1 lb green onions, diced

Directions

  1. On the side, mix mayo, mustard, salt together until well blended
  2. Steam potatoes until tender, chill completely
  3. Run potatos through buffalo chopper until roughly chopped
  4. In a lexan, combine mayo sauce and remaining ingredients until well mixed
