Ingredients
- 60# Yukon potatos (steamed or boiled, and chilled)
- 5 bag hard boiled eggs (60)
- 1/2 gall dill relish
- 1 bag olives
- 1 bottle yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 gal mayo
- 1 lb green onions, diced
Directions
On the side, mix mayo, mustard, salt together until well blended
Steam potatoes until tender, chill completely
Run potatos through buffalo chopper until roughly chopped
In a lexan, combine mayo sauce and remaining ingredients until well mixed
Store, label, date properly
