Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares.
On each square, trim cheese to fit inside the square, save bits for the other two squares of puff pastry
Add 1/2 a prosciutto strip
Add 2 asparagus spears
Wrap 2 corners around the cheese and asparagus.
Glaze with beaten egg,
Cook until puffed and golden
