Prosciutto Asparagus Bundles
Ingredients
- 3 sheets of puff pastry
- 24 asparagus spears
- 1 packet Swiss cheese, sliced, 10 slices
Directions
- Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares.
- On each square, trim cheese to fit inside the square, save bits for the other two squares of puff pastry
- Add 1/2 a prosciutto strip
- Add 2 asparagus spears
- Wrap 2 corners around the cheese and asparagus.
- Glaze with beaten egg,
- Cook until puffed and golden
