Preheat oven to 400 F and place parchment paper on baking sheet pan.
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (just not the egg & sesame seeds).
Knead the dough on the counter for about 2 minutes. Roll into one large piece and cut into 5 equal sections. Roll each piece into a ball and use some flour to poke a hole through the middle of each one forming a bagel shape. Stretch until you’ve reached the bagel shape you like.
Crack an egg into a bowl, whisk & lightly brush on top of the bagels so everything is well coated. Sprinkle on your seasoning of choice (sesame seeds).
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then flip your pan & bake at 350 for another 15 minutes.
