Protein Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbs baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Everything bagel seasoning or just sesame seeds

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except egg).

With floured hands divide and roll into 8 balls.

Then poke a hole in the middle and shape into bagels.

Whisk egg & coat the top of the bagels.

Sprinkle with seasoning of choice.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.
