Ingredients

  • Dry:
  • 1.5 cups gluten free oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 60g raisins
  • 2 tbsp flax seed blend
  • 75g protein (goat from Noah's )
  • Wet:
  • 3 tbsp agave to sweeten
  • 2 cups apple sauce (cooked bought size )
  • 1 tbsp sunflower butter
  • 1 tbsp flax seed blend with 3 tbsp water ( egg subs)
  • Topping: once mixture is in tray
  • 1 tbsp toffee bits sprinkled on top

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients
  2. Mix all wet ingredients
  3. Once all ready use toaster oven tray lined with parchment paper (can use small rectangle glass tray9"&
  4. Put mix on top
  5. Sprinkle toffee pieces
  6. 350 Degrees for no more than 15 min
