Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch clove
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Another bowl whisk together wet ingredients.
  3. Fold mixture into dry ingredients.
  4. Spray skillet, heat over medium heat; pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook about 3 minutes per side.
