• 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
• 1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
• 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 large egg yolk
• FOR THE BUTTER-PECAN WHIPPED CREAM:
• 2 tbsp. butter, very soft
• 1 c. heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp. pecan flavored liquor
