Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg whites (or 4 large eggs)
  • 1/4 cup whole grain flour
  • 1/2 cup whole grain uncooked oats
  • 1/2 can pumpkin
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until blended.
  2. Pour into pan and cook on high-medium heat until pancake starts to bubble then flip over until brown on both sides.
  3. Top with whatever you like!
