Mix in a small bowl flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon. In another bowl mix butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and egg with mixer until smooth. Stir in pumpkin and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients. It will be a very moist batter. Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit in pan for 5 minutes then cool on rack. When fully cool frost with cream cheese frosting. Keep refrigerated.
