Quick And Easy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen deep dish pie shell
  • 1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice mix
  • 1/2 cup Stevia
  • 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cups almond milk

Directions

  1. The day before, move pie shell from the freezer to the fridge to thaw.
  2. Heat oven to 400F (205C)
  3. Mix all filling ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  4. Pour into pie shell, and place pie in oven.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes until the center jiggles very little.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
