Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • pinch paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • To Serve:
  • 1/2 whole cucumber
  • 1/2 whole carrot
  • 1/2 bell peppers

Directions

  1. Place the tahini and olive oil in a fast speed blender and blend at full speed for 1 minute.
  2. Once fully combined add the remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined.
  3. Serve with carrot, cucumber slices or any preferred vegetable.
  4. This Hummus recipe makes a portion for 4 servings.
  5. Store the remaining hummus in the fridge for up to one week.
