  • 1 dl (0.5 cup) milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 5 dates
  • 2 ripe bananas (or frozen if you have any)
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 g (2 oz) mixed nuts
  • 25 g (1 oz) coconut flour or large coconut flakes/chips
