Ingredients

  • 300g chicken mince
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • chilli oil dumpling sauce:
  • 1 tsp chilli oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced spring onion

Directions

  1. mix all ingredients into the chicken mince making sure it's evenly incorporated.
  2. Cut the ricepaper in 4 quarters.
  3. Dip the rice paper 2 times in water.
  4. Put a tablespoon of filling in the middle and fold the paper around it to the top and wrap the top as nice as you can (no gaps!).
  5. Steam the dumpling.
