Rich And Creamy Vegan Cauliflower Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅓ cup raw cashews (40 grams)
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (210 grams)
  • 1¾ cups vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Your pasta of choice (I used Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Gnocchi)
