Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 3 ounces of thinly sliced lean roast beef
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 onion slices
  • 6 ounces Light yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Directions

Make a roast beef sandwich by spreading mustard on the slice of bread and layering thinly sliced beef with tomato and onion slices on top.

Round it out with yoghurt and raisins.
