Ingredients

  • ½ butternut pumpkin, chopped into cubes and roasted until golden and cooked
  • 1 red onion chopped into eighths
  • 2 avocado's chopped into cubes
  • ¼ cup pinenuts, roasted
  • ¼ cup walnuts, roasted
  • 4 cups of your favourite salad leaf greens
  • 1/4 cup fetta cheese
  • 1/8 cup of Homemade Inca Inchi Mayonnaise 
  • Optional Add Ins: Cooked and shredded chicken or turkey, beef or lamb strips, tuna, salmon or boiled eggs.
