Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 290g jar of roasted red peppers drained,
- 270g cherry tomatoes halved,
- 1 garlic clove chrushed,
- 1 vegetable stock cube,
- 1 tsp paprika,
- 1 tblsp olive oil,
- 4 tbsp ground almonds
- 100ml water
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor blitz until smooth, season well and heat until piping hot before serving
