Roasted Red Poha Bhel

Ingredients

  • • 2 cups red rice poha roasted till crunchy
  • • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • • 1/4 cup chopped unpeeled cucumber
  • • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • • 1/4 cup roasted unpeeled peanuts
  • • 1/2 lemon juice
  • • 2 tbsp chaat masala
  • • 2 tbsp chopped mint and coriander leaves
  • • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt (optional)
  • *Variations*
  • Instead of poha you can use puffed millets or brown rice murmura.

  1. 1) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the mint/coriander. Adjust the seasoning as per taste.
  2. 2. Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with mint and coriander.
