Directions

  1. 1. Mix flour with 2 tsp oil.
  2. 2. Add salt, then water slowly and knead well until a soft dough.
  3. 3. Make small balls from the dough.
  4. 4. Keep them aside for 20-30 minutes.
  5. 5. Apply some flour on a cutting board.
  6. 6. Roll out the balls into thin circles.
  7. Heat a non-stick pan & place the roti & cook both sides on medium flame.
  8. Serve hot with any curry of your choice
