RUH Arab Custard Pie

Ingredients

• Pre made frozen deep dish pie crush
• 4 cups rhubarb
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Mix
• Add half cup white milk
• 1 beaten egg
• Whisk or all together
• Pour over pie
• For crumble topping:
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1:2 c dark brown sugar
• 1/2tsp cinnamon
• Toss together fruit
• Cut in 1/4 c of butter
• Sprinkle on top of pie
