Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed sweet biscuits
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tblspns brandy (optional) or use sherry or port
  • extra coconut for rolling

Directions

  1. Mix together the biscuits, coconut and cocoa, then add the condensed milk and brandy and mix well. Roll into balls the size of a walnut and roll in coconut. Refrigerate and when firm, roll in coconut again to reshape – keep refrigerated.
