SAN Choy Bow

Ingredients

  • 500gram pork mince
  • Sprouts
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • Spring onion
  • Shallot
  • 2T soy
  • 2T sweet soy
  • 2T oyster sauce
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Coriander
  • Chilli
  • Roasted sesame seed
  • Sesame oil
  • Ginger

Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Brown ginger
  3. Add carrot to brown
  4. Add mince to brown
  5. Once brown add the water chestnuts and sprouts
  6. Turn down the heat and add sauces
  7. Once reduced slightly add the chilli, coriander, shallots and roasted sesame seeds
  8. Note: Can add corn kernels too if desired
  9. Serve with lettuce, extra nuts and coriander, vermicelli noodles
