  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves grated/minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup EVOO
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped cornichons

Directions

  1. Whisk mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stream in 1/2 cup EVOO whisking constantly until emulsified. Transfer half into a small bowl (the other half is for the chicken marinade). Whisk in mayo and cornichons.
