Ingredients

  • Recipe is as below
  • Roughly powdered saunf (kaccha saunf)
  • Powdered sugar (I use those big chunks of sugar available in mkt to make powder as dey r more healthy n taste better than the normal sugar)
  • Water
  • Method (for 2 glasses of sherbet)
  • Take 3tbsp of saunf powder n 4tbsp of sugar (these are jus approx measurements as i have never made using measurements)
  • Dissolve them in 1/2 cup of water n keep it for at least 4-5 hrs so that the flavour of saunf gets mixed in water. So if u want to have it in mrng, soak it overnight so dat the saunf n sugar mix nicely in water n leave their flavours.
  • After soaking overnight, add water as required and strain it. Its ready to serve.. :)

Bu arada peyniri rendeleyin. Haşlanmış patatesleri püre haline getirin. Püreye yumurta, un, kabartma tozu, tuz, kuru sarımsak ve rendelenmiş peyniri ekleyin. İyi bir şekilde karıştırarak homojen bir karışım elde edin. Hamuru 8 eşit parçaya bölün ve her birini top şekline getirin. Her bir topu bolca un serpilmiş yüzeyde açın.
