Sausage Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 6-8 eggs, slightly beaten (recommended using 8)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Cook and crumble sausage
Mix all remaining ingredients with sausage
Pour into 9” x 13” casserole dish
Refrigerate for 12 hours
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
Serve immediately
