- 3 tbs chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, semi thawed
- 1 tbs (10g) sesame seeds
- Tomato sauce, to serve
