Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put the pasty on a board and cut the sheets in half. Combine the pork mince, parsley, onion and egg in a bowl and mix well. Place the mince mixture along one side of the pastry. Mix the egg yolks and milk and brush along the outside edge of the pastry, then roll up and cut each roll into six pieces. Place on a greased baking tray, with the sealed edges underneath. Brush with more egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Makes 48 small rolls
