Peel and wash the potatoes, then slice into the rounds and pat dry.
In a buttered casserole dish place a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with flour, diced bacon, chopped onions, salt and pepper. Repeat this until all ingredients have been used.
Pour cream over the top and cover dish with alfoil.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes, then uncover and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the top layer has browned.
