Crack eggs into a small bowl. With a fork, lightly whisk eggs then add to a non-stick pan over medium head.
Stir with a wooden spoon by dragging the cooking egg from the outside of the pan into the middle until the egg is completely cooked and no longer runny (some prefer their eggs more runny than others).
As you are cooking you can add the milk. Toast your bread and top with the eggs. You can also add any low calorie seasoning to the mix such as white or black pepper, salt, chili flakes or fresh herbs such as parsley.
