  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 small bit of shallot, finely diced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1–2 tsp. Chili Crisp
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup cashews
