Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons butter
• 6 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 pound shrimp, shelled and de-veined
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 pizza dough, I use large rounds of Naan bread or flatbread
• 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
• 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
