Shrimp Tacos with Mango Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp- thawed, peeled and deveined
  • 1–2 tsp oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yellow curry powder
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cayenne or chipotle powder
  • Mango Cabbage Slaw– 2 Cups
  • Cuban Style Black Beans ( 1 can) – or sub 1 can ( regular) black beans seasoned with 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon chili power and salt & pepper to taste.
  • 6-8 toasted corn &flour tortillas ( 6 inch)
