Simple Healthy Homemade Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • Ingredients –
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 450g (1 lb) salmon fillets – (mine were approx 115g/4 oz each)
  • Fresh parsley and sesame seeds for serving
  • For the simple salad –
  • Mixed salad greens, rinsed
  • Baby roma tomatoes, quartered
  • Optional but highly recommended –
  • Freshly sliced Sourdough or your fave bread
