Slow Cooker Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 pound of spicy pork sausage
  • 2 pounds of cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 20 ounces of diced tomatoes and green chiles

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and spicy pork sausage together. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Transfer the cooked meat mixture to a slow cooker.
  3. 3. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and the cans of diced tomatoes and green chiles to the slow cooker with the meat.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or until the cheese is completely melted and the dip is hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
