Ingredients

• ▢ 8 cups yukon gold potatoes , diced
• ▢ 1 yellow onion , diced
• ▢ 2 large carrots , peeled and chopped
• ▢ 1/2 cup chopped celery
• ▢ 16 ounces Cubed Ham
• ▢ 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• ▢ 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
• ▢ 1/4 cup flour
• ▢ 4 cups chicken broth
• ▢ 1 1/2 cups heavy cream , (you can also substitute whole milk)
• ▢ ½ cup sour cream
