  • Brine:
  • 28 Cups Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups Salt
  • 2 tbs Black Pepper Corns
  • 1 tbs Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs Onion Powder
  • 1 14 lb Turkey
  • Stuffing
  • 2 lb Bacon
  • 15 Pearl Onions
  • 1 Apple
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Sticks Butter

Directions

  1. Soak Turkey in Brine over night
  2. Stuff turkey with Bacon, Onions, Apple Slices & Garlic
  3. Inject butter under skin
  4. Smoke Turkey for 30 min per pound
  5. Smoke till Turkey to 160°
