  • 1 1/4 cup (150 g) dairy-free dark or semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) unsweetened plain almond or light coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) coconut oil, melted
  • optional: 1/4 -1 cup (28 - 112 grams) powdered sugar
  • optional: pinch sea salt
  • 1 10-ounce (283 g) bag vegan, gluten-free marshmallows (I like Dandies brand*)
