Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
Cream the butter, sugar and egg together. In separate bowl add Kodiak, tarter, salt and baking soda, add to your cream mixture.
In a small bowl or shaker (I save my old ones just in case) mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Spoon by 2 teaspoons onto cookie sheet 2” apart, then dust top with coating mixture. (each cookie is 2 tsps.)
Bake in the preheated oven on the center rack for 7 minutes. Allow them to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes will finish the cooking and prevent hard cookies.
