Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c sour cream
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 c. sliced apples
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c flour
- 1/4 c soft butter
- pie shell

- beat sour cream, sugar, 2 T flour, salt,vanilla & egg
- add apples
- pour into unbaked pie shell
- bake 400 - 25 min
- Crumbs
- mix brown sugar, flour & butter
- remove pie from oven & sprinkle with crumb mixture
- bake another 20 min
