Directions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook for about 5-6 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  2. Add diced bell pepper and red onion to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly softened.
