  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
  • 1 lemon, zest only
  • 1 large free-range egg, beaten
  • 200g/7oz feta
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp crushed sea salt
