Ingredients

• 3 carrots diced
• 1 broccoli cut small
• 1 capsicum diced
• 1 cup of frozen peas and corn
• 1kg lamb mince
• 250ml (1 cups) beef stock
• 1/4 cup red wine
• 2bay leaves
• Dried rosemary and thyme
• 1tablespoon Worcestershire
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1/4c flour (roughly)
• 1400g sweet potato, peeled, chopped
• 120g soft goat’s cheese
• Butter
• Grated cheese
• Salt and pepper
