Combine cranberry juice , honey, soy sauce and hot sauce in zip top bag or closed container. Add chicken, close and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking pan, lined with foil or not. Remove chicken from marinade, shake excess, sprinkle with pepper on both sides. Place evenly single layer on baking sheet.
Bake about 25 minutes or until about 165 degrees
While chicken is baking, pour marinade into a small saucepan and bring to boil over medium high heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally until syrupy. Takes about 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven. Preheat broiler on high. Brush chicken with glaze. Broil 2 inches from heat until caramelized. About 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from oven, brush again with glaze and serve.
