Spicy Korean Pork With Grilled Corn And Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large (about 550g) pork fillet
  • Toasted sesame seeds, to serve
  • Sliced long fresh red chilli, to serve
  • Spicy Korean marinade
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp gochujang (find at some supermarkets and Asian grocers)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Grilled corn & rice salad
  • 2 sweet corncobs, husk and silk removed
  • 6 green shallots, trimmed
  • 2 x 250g pkt microwave long grain white rice, cooked
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 90g (1/3 cup) kimchi, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Kimchi, to serve
